DEEP DIVE | Azure Data Factory

1 - PROJECT GOALS

The first thing we needed to do was to define precisely what we intended to achieve. Not sure whether there will be buttons or what,
but that will be determined after I have ALL the content flowed into this one big long-ass page. Whee! Here goes :)

2 - UX RESEARCH

Once we have defined our Project Goals, we must establish where we are currently, as well as how we plan to achieve our stated objectives.
Talk to users, build app instrumentation, conduct ad-hoc UX Research, etc. …go through the whole spectrum of UX Research and how it all works.
Particularly cover DATA and all the ways it is used. Maybe make a whole section for:
1) HOW CAN WE USE DATA? ( HOW DO WE GET VALUE from it? rather than itself being of value, as an aggregated blob of information? )
2) HOW CAN WE GET ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS FROM the DATA ?

3 - USER JOURNEYS

User Journeys are the Love Child of Scenarios and Personas. Scenarios are broad and Personas are specific: therefore, User Journeys chronicle the experience of a single Persona through a particular core experience. Together, these Core Experiences become the foundation of the Solution. Each User Journey should address a key issue or solve a problem.

4 - PERSONAS

Identifying Personas with multiple User Journeys (based on real-world UX Research) helps to capture the full scope of our feature set:
In order to build the right thing for our users, we can build out our Personas to dive deep into individual roles, goals & workflows.

5 - WORKFLOWS & SCENARIOS

Only now do we begin to dive into visual tools — and initially, we keep it as basic as possible. This is the beginning or visual tools —
Post-It Note and Whiteboard exercises allow us to flow out our User Journeys into structured experiences.

6 - FLOORPLANS

Without understanding the Architecture, anything we build will have a shaky foundation.

7 - WHITEBOARDING PROCESS

Not sure whether this qualifies as its own process, but here you go: whiteboarding process.

8 - WIREFRAMES

A quick, low-cost way to prototype, test, and rapidly iterate on UX Interaction concepts.

9 - VISUAL EXPLORATION

Concept Sketches, Iconography, Typography, Color Palette, Style, Influences, etc.

10 - PROTOTYPES

Many technologies and platforms exist to showcase interactive prototypes.
